The MCIC has received an equipment grant for a new short-read sequencing machine, as a higher-throughput upgrade to our current Illumina MiSeqs.
On Wednesday, Nov 29th at 12:00 pm, Jim George from Complete Genomics will give a lunch-and-learn seminar titled “What would you do with 400GB of NGS data in 24 Hours?”, which will focus on the Complete Genomics DNBSEQ-G400 sequencer.
